Happy THANKSGIVING!!
(and Merry Christmas 2010)!
We thought we’d be a little early this year and send a Thanksgiving rather than Christmas update. We pray that you and yours will enjoy a restful day remembering all the things for which you are grateful. We love and appreciate you.
Some of you are aware that we’ve moved yet again. This time only three miles, though. It is a great blessing to be one block from the Fuller campus where Matthew attends classes and Ginger works. Thanks to all of you who prayed for a new place. We’ve posted some pictures here of our new condo. It’s a one bedroom, two bath with a loft. We hope many of you can visit soon. We don’t have a guest room but we still have our sofa bed!! Or we’re two blocks from the Fuller Guest House, so it’s your choice!
We’ve also posted some photos of our year. We’ve enjoyed being in California where Ginger’s neuralgia has been non-existent in the warmer climate. We’re so thankful for that! We’re still adjusting to L.A. traffic…which might take quite a while! We really like the Pasadena area, the mountain views and the easy trips to the Pacific Ocean.
Matthew continues to enjoy his classes at Fuller: Greek last year and Hebrew this year. He enjoys his work with the Center for Bioethics and Culture as the New Media Manager. They’ve been very busy this year with a new documentary, Eggsploitation, about some of the under-reported dangers in the fertility industry.
Ginger continues to love her job in the School of Psychology at Fuller. She also continues to get lots of extra jobs with her event business, Celebrations Divine. Her big milestone this year was turning the big 4-0! Of course, there was much celebration. (And I really don’t feel a day over 25!)
We hope that you have a wonderful holiday season and a very Merry Christmas! Thanks for your prayers
. . . and come see us!
