Today’s advent word: ASK.
This is the first time I’ve been in town and close to the cemetery on Mom’s birthday. I always love how the light shines through the trees here. In January it will be 18 years since she left us for her heavenly home and I often ask “Why her?” and “Why so young?”. But I trust Him daily and know He is wise and faithful, no matter what. I have so many friends grieving this first Christmas without their loved one. It’s not easy…and unfortunately never really will be. But we have HOPE. Please remember all those who are having a difficult Christmas season.
