And this man of mine…WOW…when he vowed āin sickness and in healthā, I know he had no idea what that would mean! And for the last 10 months especially, during this latest bout, he has held my hand, prayed over me, brought me medicine, researched causes, wiped my tears, made me laugh, talked to doctors, lovingly responded to my swing of emotions, was the voice of reason countless times, distracted me in pain episodes, calmed my fears in waiting rooms, helped find foods I could eat, sat up with me when I couldnāt sleep, and so many other ways he showed me unconditional love.
We donāt deserve the good things that the Lord gives us but I am so grateful for Matthew. Thank you for praying for him too!
