I know everyone has been waiting with bated breath for the latest episode of post-surgery anesthesia stories.😂
This last time there was great urgency in helping the giraffe find his motorcycle.🦒🛵 He needed it or he wouldn’t be able to get where he needs to go. And he has important places to go!! Obviously. And then later, in TEARS, I asked Matthew if he found it. He assured me that the giraffe got where he needed to go. Whew! 😀 (I wonder if it was on his motorcycle or some other way? Maybe M drove him?)
As always, when M tells me these things later, I don’t really remember it except that I have a vague picture in my head, so here’s this one that I photo-shopped. The brain is so weird. And apparently it’s always gonna be animals for me post-anesthesia.🐼🐊🦒 And sometimes it’s great to have something to laugh about!
As far as an update, unfortunately there’s no relief yet. The last 2 weeks have been rough. The electric shocks have actually moved to my cheeks which I think may ultimately be a good sign. The stabbing and jerks are still there. I actually have to go back sooner than we thought. So I’m praying relief will come after that.
Thanks for all your prayers on my behalf and for the love and support as we continue figuring out how to navigate this horrible disease. God is good and His love is deep!
