Today my sweet, strong, southern belle mom would’ve turned 85!
When I was young, we often celebrated her birthday by watching “Meet Me in St. Louis” which includes our favorite Christmas scene and song. (Do you know it?)
So we’ll be doing that here tonight.
I’m so thankful for everything she taught me in our short time together, things I still use daily and so many I wish she was still here to teach! If you can, hug or call your mom today!
Happy Birthday, Mom. I feel sure you got a big party today with singing, skits, dancing, and chocolate!
